If a guest wishes to view, amend, or delete their personal information, the Hotel shall respond to the request within a reasonable scope, without delay after verifying the guest’s identity.

The Hotel shall comply with all applicable Japanese laws and regulations concerning personal information in its possession. The Company shall also review and revise this Policy as necessary to ensure its continued effectiveness.
