– Terms of Use –

To protect the reputation of the Hotel and ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, Miyuki Hamabaru Resort has established the following regulations in accordance with Article 20 of the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation. We kindly ask for the understanding and cooperation of all guests.

If a guest fails to comply with these regulations, Miyuki Hamabaru Resort may, in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation, refuse accommodation to the guest or deny the use of its facilities.

Please understand that the Hotel shall not be liable for any accidents arising from a guest’s failure to comply with these regulations, unless such accidents are attributable to the Hotel.

Important Information for Guests

Please note that all areas on the premises are non-smoking. We kindly ask guests to refrain from smoking in guest rooms, on balconies, and inside the building (including shared areas). Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Guests found smoking in non-designated areas may be charged for cleaning and any costs required to restore the room to its original condition.
The use of open flames for heating, cooking and any other purposes is strictly prohibited.
Please note that the following items must not be brought onto the premises:
(1) Animals and any other pets, with the exception of guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs
(2) Any items with unpleasant and offensive odors
(3) Any items that are excessively large in quantity
(4) Explosives, volatile oils, or other ignitable or inflammable materials
(5) Any items that are illegal to possess, including firearms and bladed weapons
(6) Any other items that may compromise the safety of other guests
Please do not engage in gambling or any other activities that may disturb public order.
Please do not engage in activities that may cause nuisance to others, such as talking loudly, singing loudly and disruptive behavior.
Please refrain from engaging in any behavior that may cause nuisance or inconvenience to other guests or the hotel due to the use of illegal drugs or other prohibited substances.
Please understand that access to the hotel and swimming pool may be denied if we determine that it could compromise the health and safety of our guests.
Please do not remove, relocate, or alter any facilities, equipment, or items provided on the premises without permission.
Guests may be held liable for compensation for any defacement, damage, or loss of the building, furniture, fixtures, or other property provided by the hotel, unless caused by circumstances beyond the guest’s control.
Guest rooms may not be used for purposes other than accommodation and dining.
Please do not enter areas other than guest-accessible facilities without permission.
Please do not bring outside food into the hotel or use food delivery services without the hotel's permission.
Please do not display or distribute advertising materials or engage in the sale of goods without permission.

Please do not place any items near the windows that may affect the exterior appearance of the hotel.
Please note that the hotel cannot make payments on behalf of guests for shopping, transportation, postage, or other expenses.
Any items left behind or lost by guests shall be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
If a guest does not have a reservation or makes a reservation on the day of check-in, the guest may be asked to provide a deposit.
Please refrain from having visitors in guest rooms after 10pm.
Guests who are minors may not stay alone without the consent of a parent or guardian.
If a guest wishes to extend their stay, please notify the reception desk in advance. Guests shall be required to pay for the original stay before the extension is approved.
If a guest is billed by the reception desk during their stay, payment is requested upon each billing.
Payment must be made using credit cards or currencies approved by the hotel.
The use of photographs taken on the premises for commercial purposes may result in legal action.

Use of Swimming Pool

Please strictly observe the opening hours and safety rules when using the swimming pool.
The use of the swimming pool under the influence of alcohol and excessive diving or jumping into the pool are prohibited.
Children must be accompanied by guardians at all times when using the swimming pool and must not use the swimming pool alone.
The hotel shall not be held liable for any accidents occurring in or around the swimming pool unless such accidents are attributable to the hotel.
